George Henry Badger (1859-1953) was born in Charlestown, MA and was raised in the Swedenborgian faith. He received an A.B. from Williams College in 1883. He married Alice S. Hamilton and they had two daughters, Evelyn Payton and Elizabeth A. Badger. He was at the Andover Theological Seminary from 1883-1884 and in 1886 he received his S.T.B. from the Harvard Divinity School. He became a convert to Unitarianism, and in 1886 he was ordained as the Unitarian pastor in South Natick, Massachusetts, wh...
